A&A assisted the multinational Group Metecno, which operates in the sector of insulating panels and polyurethane coverings, in a debt restructuring project of about 90 million euros and transfer of the group's foreign shareholdings.

2007

A&A assisted Banco Santander Central Hispanico in the pre-trial and settlement phase of the action filed by Parmalat spa.

A&A assisted Afp Imaging Corporation, a publicly traded company in the United States, in the acquisition of Qr srl, an Italian company operating in the diagnostic imaging sector.

A&A assisted the Galotti real estate group in establishing a speculative real estate fund and in creating a fund management company, and also handled contacts with supervisory authorities in order to obtain the necessary authorizations.

2006

A&A assisted the Group Furlan Cinecity in selling a shareholding in Cinecity Art & Cinemas, a company that operated and controlled four multiplex cinemas in Triveneto, and in implementing a partnership with Morgan Stanley.
